Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the WJ Tuning website and the
services we offer. Using our website or booking our services constitutes your
agreement to these terms.
About Us
WJ Tuning offers mobile ECU remapping, TCU remapping, vehicle diagnostics,
vehicle health checks and mobile mechanical services throughout the UK.
Booking & Appointments
You can book an appointment via telephone, email or on our website.
When requesting a quote or booking a service, it is the customer’s responsibility to
provide accurate vehicle details.
We may have to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our
control. These include adverse weather, vehicle access issues or unforeseen
operational requirements.
Mobile Service Coverage
We provide our services throughout the UK. Travel charges may apply to locations
more than 60 miles from our operating base. Travel charges will be discussed
before appointment confirmation, if applicable.
Pricing & Payment
All quotes are made in good faith, based on information provided by the
customer.
If the inspection shows additional work, there may be additional charges. These
will always be discussed and approved before work is done.
Payment shall be made on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in
writing.
Vehicle Remapping Services
ECU and TCU remapping services are carried out using professional equipment
and software.
Performance gains will vary depending on the vehicle’s make, model, condition,
and modifications.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and
mechanically suitable for any remapping work to be undertaken.
Limitation of Liability
Every effort is made to provide professional and reliable services; however, WJ
Tuning shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses arising from
pre-existing vehicle faults, mechanical failures, misuse or circumstances outside
our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude our liability for matters which
cannot be excluded by law.
